Located in Eltham, London, The Garden Practice is conveniently accessible from various nearby areas within a 30-minute radius. Some of these accessible locations include Greenwich, Lewisham, Bromley, Bexleyheath, Eltham, Woolwich, and Sidcup.
However, it's important to note that by offering online therapy, I am able to work with individuals from anywhere in the UK, providing a flexible and accessible service to those beyond the immediate vicinity.

Group Supervision – 90 mins - £160
Supervision – 50 mins - £80
Preferably, clients pay in advance of the sessions, booking 4 sessions ahead if possible. This prevents us from wasting precious time in our sessions discussing payment so we can spend more time working together on achieving your goals.
I also offer a sliding scale fee structure based on income, ensuring therapy remains accessible to all. I have a limited number of spaces available, so please don't hesitate to contact me for more information regarding my sliding scale and availability.
