I hold a degree in Integrative psychotherapy which has provided me with a comprehensive foundation in various therapeutic approaches. This allows me to tailor my therapeutic style to meet your unique needs and preferences.

Additionally, I am a trained supervisor and qualified auricular acupuncturist. (acupuncture to the ear, promoting detox, pain relief and relaxation) as a registered member of the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Practitioners (FDAP), and the MBACP I adhere to their strict ethical guidelines and maintain a commitment to professional excellence. I am also an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), further ensuring the highest standard of care and ethical practice.

The reason i became a therapist was, because i have a passion to see people who cannot afford this professional service, get help when they need it the most and not having to worry about the cost, hence The sliding scale so please ask me if you need to.
